1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all registrations, purchases, seminars, webinars, and online training delivered by Prosper8T, registered in Malta (“Adjusting To Neutral,” “A2N,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

• Disputes: Any disputes shall be handled by the Courts of Malta, subject to consumers’ mandatory rights under applicable law.

By registering for or participating in any A2N course, event, or webinar, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and explains how we handle your personal data.

 

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• A2N programmes are intended primarily for licensed chiropractors and chiropractic students.

• Participation does not grant, extend, or modify any professional licence to practise chiropractic in any jurisdiction.
   

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a licensed chiropractor or chiropractic student; or

• You are a licensed health professional (e.g. medical doctor, osteopath, physiotherapist, neuro-optometrist, or other regulated healthcare provider) whose scope of practice includes musculoskeletal and/or neurological assessment and care.
   

A2N reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations that fall outside these categories. Some advanced or certification-level training may be restricted to chiropractors and chiropractic students only; any such restrictions will be clearly indicated in the course description.

 

3. Course & Event Access

• Courses and webinars are hosted via Go High Level or similar platforms.

• Access credentials (logins, passwords, links) are personal and non-transferable.

• Sharing or redistributing login information or course materials is prohibited.

• A2N may suspend or revoke access without refund if misuse, sharing, or unauthorised distribution is detected.

 

4. Continuing Education & Certification

Some seminars may provide continuing-education (CE) credits. Certificates are issued to eligible attendees who meet the specified attendance, participation, and assessment criteria for that activity.

Any future clinical or practitioner certification pathways will be announced separately, with their own eligibility, assessment, and renewal requirements. Participation in a seminar or webinar does not automatically confer certification in Adjusting To Neutral.

 

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another recognised payment provider.

5.1 Refunds for In-Person Seminars & Live Events

• Full refund if you cancel in writing 30 days or more before the scheduled start date.

• 50% refund if you cancel in writing between 30 and 7 days before the scheduled start date.

• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before the event or do not attend.

 

You may request to transfer your place to another eligible participant or to a future event of equal or lower value, subject to A2N’s approval and available spaces.

5.2 Refunds for Online Courses & Webinars

• For self-paced online courses that provide immediate access to digital content, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.

• For live online webinars, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the live session. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the webinar or for non-attendance.

 

A2N may, at its discretion, offer a refund or course credit for self-paced online courses if you notify us within 14 days of purchase and have completed less than 20% of the course content.

5.3 Cancellations by A2N

If A2N cancels or significantly reschedules an event (including for reasons of force majeure such as travel restrictions, illness, or natural disasters), you will be offered:

• An alternative date; or

• A credit towards another A2N course or event; or

• A full refund of the registration fee paid for that event.
   

A2N is not responsible for any additional costs you incur (such as travel, accommodation, or loss of income) in relation to a cancelled or rescheduled event.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

All A2N materials—including but not limited to manuals, videos, slides, recordings, assessment tools, protocols, and methods—are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Participants agree not to:

• Copy, share, modify, or publish A2N content without prior written permission;

• Use A2N materials to teach, train, or certify others unless expressly authorised in writing by A2N;

• Disclose, reproduce, or adapt A2N proprietary techniques outside approved training or clinical contexts.
   

These obligations remain in effect after course or event completion.

 

7. Media Consent and Recordings

A2N events and webinars may be recorded for educational, quality-assurance, or promotional purposes. Recordings may include participant images, voices, and display names. By joining a session or event, you acknowledge and agree to this recording.

• If you prefer not to appear, please keep your camera and microphone off and avoid using your full name in display fields.

• For in-person events, please notify the organiser in writing beforehand if you wish to opt out of photography or filming as far as reasonably practicable.
   

Recordings are stored securely and shared only with registered participants or as educational materials within A2N’s training programmes, unless otherwise agreed.

 

8. Professional & Medical Disclaimer

All A2N content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or healthcare advice for any individual patient or condition.

Participants must:

• Apply concepts within their own licensed scope of practice and local laws;

• Exercise their own clinical judgement and responsibility at all times.
   

A2N accepts no liability for clinical decisions, diagnoses, or treatments undertaken by participants after training. Participation does not grant any licence to practise chiropractic or any other regulated health profession.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty, staff, and other participants;

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour;

• Respect confidentiality when case discussions involve patients or colleagues.
   

A2N may remove any participant from an event or online platform for breach of this Code of Conduct. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to exclusion from future events and programmes. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• A2N is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of income, business, data, or reputation) arising from or in connection with any course, event, or use of A2N materials.

• A2N’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific course, event, or purchase is limited to the amount you paid to A2N for that course, event, or purchase.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

 

11. Force Majeure

A2N will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, power failures, or technical outages.

In such circumstances, events may be:

• Postponed to a later date;

• Moved online; or

• Reconfigured in format.
   

A2N’s obligations will be considered suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. Any refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be handled in accordance with Section 5.

 

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
