5.1 Webinar and Recording Notice

Live webinars and online training sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. Recordings may include participants’ images, voices, and display names. These recordings are used to create on-demand training materials or to allow registered participants to review sessions afterward.

If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera and microphone off and avoid using your full name in display fields. Please contact us before the session if you have specific privacy concerns.

  • Financial records: 10 years

  • Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe

  • Website accounts: until you delete your account or request removal
